I've come to terms with the fact that everything I know is a dream

This story is called "I've come to terms with the fact that everything I know is a dream."  It starts with the narrator's car being pushed onto the train tracks.  After what feels like months to him, he wakes up in the hospital only days after the accident.  He realizes when he sleeps now, he doesn't dream, it's just darkness.  Slowly but surely, he begins to heal, and learns how to walk again.  After finally being able to move on his own, he's released from the hospital and sent home.  Everything's going great, until he starts feeling pricks in his right arm about twice a day.  Then he begins hearing things, his girlfriend crying, the beeping of a machine, talk among nurses...
The 4 E's used in this story is Emotion as you're not sure what's a dream and what's real.

Doppleganger

The story today is called "Doppelganger."  The narrator starts by talking about how he can no longer control his body.  He can feel him inside his own mind, controlling his movements and words.  He begins fighting against him, trying to get his body back.  And it's working, the man in his body is deteriorating and becomes paranoid.  He's almost got his body back from the man who stole it, but is he really the good guy, or the bad guy...  The 4 E's in this story is Emotion as you don't know which one you should feel empathy for.

Children's Playground

This week's scary story I've got is actually true.  It's called "Children's Playground."  The narrator has just moved to a quiet and peaceful town, with a big park right in the middle.  On a Friday night, right after school, he and his two friends, Billy and Tom, decided to head over to play a game of "Murder."  The rules were the same as hide and seek, but when a hider was found, the seeker had to "kill" them.  The playground had an "endless maze" of tunnels, which is where the 8 year old narrator decided to hide.  After 10 minutes, he finally gets bored and yells out to Billy, who was the seeker, that he gives up and he's coming out.  He hears shuffling at the end of the hall, but what answers back wasn't Billy at all...  The 4 E's in this story is Emotion as you found out just what happens to the boys, and knowing its a true story.

She found her way into my home

This scary story is called "She found her way into my home."  It starts off with the narrator talking about how someone's stalking him.  When he first passed by the backdoor and saw her facing out towards the forest at the edge of the yard, he figured she was just a friend of the downstairs neighbor.  The second time he passed the door and saw her, he made the mistake of opening the door and calling out to her... The next time he saw her, she wouldn't be facing away.  The 4 E's used in this story is Emotion as every time he passes the door, you worry whether or not she'll still be facing the forest.

We Don't Talk About Sarah

The new scary story I read this week is called "We Don't Talk About Sarah."  It starts off with the narrator begging their parents for a little sister.  Over and over they'd ask, until one day, the parents finally bring home a little girl named Sarah.  Everything was going great, despite Sarah crying constantly.  One day though, when the narrator came home from school, Sarah was missing.  When the narrator asked their parents where she had gone, they forbid her from speaking of Sarah and begin removing all of Sarah's stuff from the house.  Until nothing was left of her in the house.
The 4 E's used in this story is Emotion as the little hints left in the writing slowly come together to show what really happened to Sarah...

I now live in a one story house

This story's called "I now live in a one story house."  It starts off talking about the apartment the narrator and his sister, Leanne, live in. All around the building are signs that say to be careful at the top of the steps and the management has strict rules to always keep your door locked at night.  The narrator goes on to explain how people have been hearing there door handle jingling, as if someone is trying to open it, and they write it off as management staff even though they deny it.  When the power goes out at night and the narrator leaves to get water, he finally understands why all these rules are in place. The 4 E's used is Emotion as the way the narrator tells the story has your heart racing in anticipation.

Mason

Today, I read a story called "Mason."  This story is about a girl finding love after getting hit by a truck and ending up in the hospital.  This is listed as a horror story, so be warned. After waking from her coma, she meets her roommate, Mason, and soon develop a connection.  Unfortunately, they both have a 60% chance to beat their illness and the odds aren't looking great for Mason.
I really enjoyed this story, it had an incredible plot twist that added even more to the story. One of the four E's used in this story was Emotion.
